- About Talking Ultimate
There is a lot to know in ultimate and a lot to learn. Probably more than could ever be taught in a life time of training sessions. There is also a lot of things that just can't be drilled at training. Whiley veteran manouvers, subtle body positioning and timing of movement, mental preparation and focus.
Inspired by The Huddle, this section of irishultimate.com attempts to bring some of this information together. Collected here are a number of articles from some of Ireland's leading ultimate players. Find out how they deal with certain situations, what's behind their thinking. It is our hope that all the students of the game out there will find something they can relate to. And who knows, maybe you'll be contributing here soon.
