You've worked hard all summer, you've put the time into training, tournaments, core and throwing for months. You deserve some time off over the winter. Anyway, it's dark and wet out there. It's much nicer to stay inside.
Sound familiar?
We asked our authors to tell us their thoughts on the off season. What can, and do, people get up to over the winter months? Hopefully everyone will get some ideas to put in to action themselves and come ready ready for action once the sun comes up again in the Spring.
