| Number of players | Min 6, no max |
| Number of Discs | 1 per player |
| Set Up | Place starting cones roughly 7m apart. Place one cone roughly 7m forward of each of these cones to make a square. Place further cones roughly 12m away to make a line of three cones. Players split up behind the two starting cones with one runner (D) at one of the second cones. |
| Start | The first player (1) on the same side as runner cuts towards the cone in front of the other line. As they are running, a leading pass is thrown to them by the first player (A) from the other line. As 1 is catching, D cuts to the cone in front of 1 for another leading pass. |
| Iteration | After throwing the first leading pass, player A should cut to the cone in front of the opposite line. Player A should look to catch and release as smoothly and quickly as possible and then cut to the last cone on the side they started on. After making the second catch, A should clear and rejoin the starting line opposite to the one they had been in. |
| Notes | All passes should be soft, leading passes which the receiver can catch in stride. Receiver should not have to reach behind, jump or accelerate in order to catch. Emphasis is on the passing, not the cutting. |
| Animation | Full iteration is shown for players 1 and A. All other players in the respective lines should copy their paths. |
