The Irish Flying Disc Association (IFDA) Emergency Fund has been established in order to help players injured at IFDA events obtain preliminary medical care.

The IFDA provides this Emergency Fund voluntarily to its members. It is financed by the members and is not an insurance policy. The association is under no legal obligation to provide this fund and these documents do not form any type of legal contract. Risk is an inherent factor in sport and, as such, all members of the association are encouraged to avail of their own medical insurance.
